Pilates Sculpt Matwork II (and Stretch)

Elevate your Pilates practice to the next level with our Intermediate Matwork Class, specifically designed to sculpt and tone your entire body. This dynamic and challenging class is perfect for those who have a solid foundation in Pilates and are ready for a more intense and invigorating workout. Pilates Sculpt and Stretch classes follow 35-40 mins of Pilates matwork sequence followed by 20-25 mins of stretches to soothe muscles were worked in class.
