Our instructors are not only certified in their respective fields but also boast more than a decade of hands-on experience. Additionally, we have a clinical pilates specialist who has worked extensively with clients post-physiotherapy to help them improve their range of motion, build strength, and enhance overall control.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
I have been doing pilates with Felicia Kaw for more than a year. I was experiencing stiff neck and back pain for quite sometime. I was constantly in pain, felt numbness and this impacted my mental health. I spoke to my friends and they encouraged me to try out pilates and that was when I decided to give pilates a go. After each pilates class, I could feel my body is much looser, neck is not as stiff. Less pain in my back.

After attending regular classes for more than a year, I have noticed the progress and the overall changes in my body. It definitely has improved my posture and my core strength. I feel good and my mental health is better.
