From competitive swimming to marathons and pole-dancing, Elaine’s fitness journey has been a whirlwind of exploration. Seeking to strengthen her core, she discovered Pilates and fell in love with its science, leveraging her Biomedical Science degree for a deeper understanding.

Since 2012, she’s absorbed wisdom from diverse mentors, blending Pilates principles into her cross-training routines, witnessing remarkable improvements in performance and flexibility. She’s a self-rehab advocate, firmly testifying to Pilates’ benefits, and expanded her expertise into Barre.

Elaine’s teaching style emphasizes mind-muscle connection with simple yet adaptable exercises. She’s all about empowering with knowledge, breaking down exercise science. Off-duty, her passion for crime dramas (thanks to a Masters in Forensic Science), horror flicks, and a soft spot for Tom Cruise shine. Plus, her knack for good tunes, a nod to her DJ aspirations, brings the perfect beat to workouts.
