

Meet Mary.
Mary first fell in love with yoga in 2008 and since then, a mindful yoga practice has been a constant in her life, supporting her through stressful times, physical injury and emotional upheavals.
She enjoys a holistic, moving meditation practice, pairing each asana with mindful breathing techniques to achieve a calm, present mind. Through dynamic and fluid movements, she encourages students to get curious about their bodies, create space, and have fun!
